VIBRO-METER MPC4 has become a benchmark product in the field of industrial machinery protection due to its high-performance DSP processing, multi-channel monitoring capability, and strong environmental adaptability.

The VIBRO-METER MPC4 is a machinery protection card and a central component in the VIBRO-METER VM600 series Machinery Protection System (MPS). It’s designed for continuous online monitoring and real-time measurement of rotating machinery.

Core Functionality:

Machinery Protection: Its primary role is to protect critical machinery by continuously monitoring various parameters and providing alarms when predefined limits are exceeded.
Versatile Input Channels: It can simultaneously measure and monitor up to four dynamic signal inputs and two speed (tachometer) inputs.
Programmable Inputs: The dynamic signal inputs are fully programmable and can accept signals from various sensors representing:Acceleration，Velocity，Displacement (proximity)，Pressure ……
Digital Signal Processing: Includes digital filtering, integration or differentiation, rectification (RMS, mean, true peak, peak-to-peak), order tracking (amplitude and phase), and sensor-target gap measurement.
Speed Inputs: Accepts signals from various speed sensors like proximity probes, magnetic pulse pick-ups, and TTL signals. Fractional tachometer ratios are also supported.

Features:

Multiple channels: Supports multiple vibration sensors, temperature sensors, and other input modules.
Advanced Algorithms: Analyzes vibration data using a variety of algorithms to detect different types of faults, such as worn bearings, imbalance, misalignment and looseness.
Configurable settings: Alarm thresholds, trip levels and other parameters can be customized for specific devices and applications.
Connectivity: communicates with other systems via RS-232, Ethernet and other protocols.

Versions: The VM600 MPC4 is available in two main versions
MPC4: the original version, which is currently being phased out, but spare parts are still available until 2027.
MPC4 Mk2: Updated version with improved features and extended functionality.
