Chentronics IS3Z-MB Flame Monitoring

The Chentronics iScan3 (Model: IS3Z-MB / Order No.: 04005000-MB) is a high-performance industrial flame detector (Flame Scanner). It serves as a core component in industrial combustion safety control systems, specifically designed to monitor flame conditions in large boilers or industrial torches to prevent explosion risks caused by unburned fuel accumulation.

 Usage (for reference only)

Installation positioning: Install on the observation hole of the nozzle through a 1-inch cam and gear interface. By utilizing the feedback from the indicator light ring, on-site personnel can quickly adjust the detection angle until the strongest signal response is obtained.

Parameter configuration:

MB specific settings: As it is an MB model, users need to pre configure sensitivity, On/Off Delay, and specific frequency filtering parameters to achieve optimal flame recognition.

Quick connection: Use a 19 core shielded quick disconnect cable and support 24V DC power supply.

Maintenance: Regularly check the cleanliness of quartz windows. Due to its preset temperature monitoring function, the light ring will issue a warning when the ambient temperature is too high.
