The ​​VIBRO VM600 IOCN​​ is a high-integrity Input/Output Communication Node engineered for Vibro-Meter’s VM600 machinery protection system platform. Designed for mission-critical turbomachinery in energy, marine, and industrial applications, this module acquires, processes, and transmits vibration, speed, temperature, and process signals with SIL 2 certification per IEC 61508. The ​​VIBRO VM600 IOCN​​ integrates redundant triple-modular (TMR) architecture for continuous monitoring of gas turbines, compressors, or steam turbines, delivering sub-millisecond response times for trip logic during surge or overspeed events.

Featuring galvanic isolation and 100 kHz sampling rates across 8 universal input channels, the module supports dynamic signals from ICP® accelerometers, proximity probes (eddy current), RTDs, and 4–20 mA transducers simultaneously. Dual Ethernet interfaces (EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP) enable real-time data streaming to DCS/PLC systems, while its MIL-spec connectors withstand extreme shock (100g), humidity (0–100%), and temperatures (–40°C to +85°C). As the core of Vibro-Meter’s Condition Monitoring Ecosystem, the ​​VIBRO VM600 IOCN​​ transforms raw vibration spectra into actionable diagnostics for predictive maintenance.
