The screen displays real-time data including discharge pressure, oil temperature, motor current, vibration levels, operating hours, alarm codes, fault logs, and unit load curves.

3. Fault Diagnosis and Alarm Management

The system collects fault signals from all points on the compressor (over-temperature, over-pressure, overload, abnormal oil pressure, sensor disconnection), displays pop-up alarms, and stores historical fault logs. It supports one-click retrieval of fault history for easy on-site troubleshooting.

4. System Parameter Configuration and Access Level Management

Tiered password access: Operator level (monitoring only), Maintenance level (modifying process parameters), Administrator level (calibrating sensors, modifying interlock logic); supports setting pressure upper and lower limits, interlock protection thresholds, and delayed shutdown parameters.

5. Bus Communication Interaction

Communicates in real time with the CN-MLM2 main control logic module via an internal backplane bus to synchronously issue operating commands and upload unit operating data; can be connected to a higher-level monitoring system or DCS to enable remote interlocking.

6. Local Safety Interlock Bypass (For Maintenance Only)

In maintenance mode, certain non-fatal interlocks can be temporarily bypassed to facilitate standalone unit testing; bypass operation logs are recorded to ensure compliance.
